Nope, I didn't celebrate Mothers' day. Because I believe in sending my gratitude and love to my mom everyday and not just particularly today. And my mom doesn't want me to give her anything or whatsoever so yeah, I guess the time I spend with her is what she really wants.
As much as I wanna wish all the mom's in the world a Happy Mothers' Day, I would wanna send my condolences to those whose mom's are no longer around. The grieve and emptiness must be beyond imagination. I wouldn't say that I can understand their pain or tell them that things will be fine because obviously it wouldn't be the case. All I can hope is that they will still be strong and strive through the cruelty of life.
Cherish the good and the bad of your family, because you're not perfect either.
