went to the hospital for physiology this morning which turned out better than i expected. did a series of leg and core exercises which made me perspire and pant. my muscles now ache...
my workout didn't just stop there, did some skipping, sit-ups, stretching, and push-ups in the evening.
then during earth hour, i switched off my lights, tv, and whatsoever electrical appliances (except 1 fan) and went to sleep~ was a great nap~ (:
anyways, already bought ben ben's birthday present! hopefully it's up to his satisfaction (:
really can't do much homework which the lazy bones in me..
